High School: Full Time Student Enrollment

Students must choose to enroll in St. Vrain Online Global Academy as a full-time student that requires students to complete a minimum of 4 online classes (2 credits) each semester and log a minimum of 20 hours per week in the online environment. Additionally, all students must agree to be on site daily for a minimum of 4.0 hours OR until all assessments for each day on their pacing guide have been successfully completed throughout the the first semester of their enrollment. Once the first semester of enrollment has been successfully completed, students under the age of 17 must continue to be onsite daily for 4.0 hours; students over the age of 17 must agree to be onsite once per week for 4.0 hours.  Students enrolled full-time can be dually enrolled in their school of residence and/or at the Career Development Center.

To apply for admission to St. Vrain Online Global Academy, students must:

  • Be a Colorado resident
  • Be of high school age and not yet 21 years of age
  • Reside in the St. Vrain Valley School District or be accepted as a non-resident open-enrolled student

Students must complete and sumbit BOTH the enrollment application and the enrollment assignment before an interview will be scheduled.

Orientation Schedules

  • Once the online application and online assignment is completed and submitted, an interview with the St. Vrain Online Global Academy administrator and/or counselor will be scheduled. A parent/guardian is REQUIRED to attend the interview with their student.
  • Students accepted for enrollment must attend and participate in our orientation sessions. 
  • Students must attend St. Vrain Online Global Academy daily for a minimum of 4.0 hours (or until all assessments for each day listed on their pacing guide have been successfully completed) through the first semster of enrollment.  If the student successfully completes a minimum of 4 classes, students may request in writing a reduction in the time needed onsite.
  • Students must also agree to participate in all Colorado and district assessments as well as complete all activities necessary for Colorado count purposes.
